What you can record
Keep daily records useful
Four parts of a daily diary: records, review, local data and profiles.
Diary and food
A factual diary, not a medical adviser
The daily timeline supports glucose, insulin, food, carbs, medication, activity, wellbeing and notes.
- daily summary
- foods and meals
- edit records
Analytics and reports
Trends without clinical judgement
Basic analytics shows history and ranges, and PDF/CSV exports are created on device. Advanced analytics, 90 days, custom ranges and report presets can be Plus features depending on country.

Local data
Data stays on the device
The diary works without a required account. Backup is a manual file: choose its destination and optionally protect it with a passphrase.

Profile
Multiple local profiles
Create and switch local profiles on one device; records and reports remain in the selected profile’s context.

For everyday use
When Glytrio is useful
For daily entries, reminders and preparing facts for an appointment.
When a reading needs to be logged in seconds
Open, enter glucose, save
Fast entry uses a large keypad, contexts such as fasting / after meal / bedtime and the user’s preferred units. When food and glucose need context
Link a meal to a later glucose reading
Glytrio stores meal-to-glucose links and later shows neutral observations without causal or treatment advice. When a doctor appointment is coming
Build a 7 or 30 day report
PDF/CSV exports glucose, food, insulin, reminders, weight and profile facts in a format that is easy to bring to a visit. A 90-day range is available where shown in the app. When a parent keeps the diary
See the child’s day without account friction
Create a separate local profile and switch profiles on one device. When labs and related facts matter
Keep HbA1c, BP, lipids and kidney labs near the diary
Low-frequency clinical facts live in Profile and flow into the doctor report as records, without color judgement or diagnosis. What Glytrio does not do
Glytrio is a diary, not a doctor
The app helps people record and review history. It does not replace a clinician, diagnose conditions or make therapy decisions.
- does not calculate or recommend insulin doses
- does not tell the user how much insulin to inject
- does not control pumps and is not CGM
- does not diagnose or predict medical outcomes
