About Glytrio
Glytrio is an offline-first diary for recording glucose, meals, carbs, medication or insulin facts, activity, wellbeing and notes. It helps people keep a readable history and export factual PDF or CSV records for appointments.
Purpose: record the day without making medical decisions
Glytrio is built for personal record keeping. Users enter their own information, review the history and choose whether to export it. The app does not measure glucose and does not replace a meter, CGM or clinician.
Start with the blood sugar log guide for structured fields, free blank templates, and daily meal, activity and note context.
Offline-first and user-controlled
Daily diary records are stored in a local SQLite database on the device. No account is required for the diary, and there is no mandatory cloud copy. PDF, CSV and backup files are created locally and leave the device only when the user chooses where to share them.
Some optional network features have narrower data flows. The Privacy Policy documents those boundaries, including support email, barcode lookup, photo-food estimation and technical website analytics.
Publisher
Glytrio is published by Nikolai Iakubovskii. No medical title, clinician role or medical-review credential is claimed. Product and privacy questions can be sent to support@glytrio.app.
Editorial and source policy
Product pages describe features that exist in Glytrio and mark planned or unavailable capabilities explicitly. Pages about glucose, food and diary records stay focused on neutral record keeping. When a page discusses why or how records may be kept, it links to relevant official sources such as CDC, NIDDK or the American Diabetes Association.
- Official, directly relevant references are preferred.
- Sources are linked on the page so readers can inspect them.
- Target ranges, diagnosis, treatment and dosing advice are excluded.
- Pages show a review date when substantive content changes.
- Corrections can be reported by email.
Medical boundary
Glytrio is a diary, not a doctor or medical device. It does not diagnose a condition, calculate A1C, calculate or recommend insulin doses, provide target ranges, prescribe food or medication, recommend therapy changes, control a pump or replace professional medical advice.
Questions about readings, symptoms, targets or treatment belong with a qualified healthcare professional. Urgent health concerns require appropriate local medical services.
