Glytrio is a manual blood glucose tracker app for iOS and Android. It keeps readings, meals, insulin, medication, activity and notes in a local record you can review or export, without claiming to measure glucose or replace a CGM.
Manual tracker, not a glucose monitor
Many searches for blood glucose tracking mix apps, meters and CGM devices. Glytrio is intentionally a manual diary: you enter readings from your own meter or other source, then keep those readings with context.
The app does not measure glucose, connect to pumps, control medical devices or make therapy recommendations.

Why context matters
A reading alone can be hard to review later. Glytrio keeps the surrounding facts near the value: food, carbs, insulin records, activity, wellbeing and free-form notes.
That context is useful for personal review and for a clinician conversation, while still keeping the app inside a record-keeping role.
Review local history and export factual records
Use the diary history to revisit the manual entries and context you chose to record. For a conversation or a copy outside the app, Glytrio can create PDF or CSV reports from records stored on the device.
An export carries factual diary records. It does not evaluate readings, calculate doses or make treatment recommendations.
Private iOS and Android workflow
Glytrio is available on the App Store and Google Play. On iOS and Android, the diary works without a required account and records are stored locally by default.

Is Glytrio a CGM app?
No. Glytrio is a manual diabetes diary and report app, not a CGM viewer or pump controller.
Can Glytrio import readings from my meter?
The current web promise is manual logging. Do not rely on Glytrio as a device integration layer unless a supported integration is shown in the app.
Does Glytrio replace medical advice?
No. Glytrio keeps records for review and does not diagnose, prescribe or recommend therapy changes.
