Glucose tracker app

Blood sugar app for iPhone

Glytrio is a blood sugar app for iPhone users who want to keep manual readings, food, insulin, medication, activity and notes in one local diary. It supports review, PDF/CSV export and manual backup; it does not measure glucose, replace a CGM or control therapy.

Track readings with the surrounding facts

A practical glucose tracker needs more than numbers. Glytrio keeps the reading, unit, context, related meals, insulin records, medication, activity and notes close together.

That makes the record easier to review while keeping the app in a diary role.

  • mg/dL and mmol/L workflows
  • fasting, before meal, after meal and bedtime contexts
  • meal-to-glucose links
  • day, week and month review views; 90 days where available
  • doctor-ready PDF/CSV export

Manual app, not a medical device

Glytrio does not measure glucose on its own, connect to pumps or make treatment recommendations. Users enter records from their own meter or source.

iPhone workflow: review, export and local backup

On iPhone, add the manual records you choose, then review the local diary history when you need it. Create a PDF or CSV export for a destination you select when you want to share a factual record.

Profile → Backup creates a manual local backup file. You choose where to save it and may protect it with an optional passphrase; this is not automatic cloud restoration.

Works without a required account

The diary stores records locally by default. That keeps the everyday tracker flow fast and avoids a required web account.
