Delete account / Delete data

Glytrio does not require an account and does not have user accounts. Your data is stored only on your device.

How to delete your data

  1. Inside the app: Profile → Data → Delete all data. All entries, foods, reminders and settings are erased and basic system flags are reset.
  2. Or simply uninstall the app from your device — all data is removed with it.

Support emails

If you previously contacted us at support@glytrio.app and would like our copy of that email deleted, send a message with the subject "Delete my support email". We will process the request within 7 days.

Payments and subscriptions

Glytrio does not store payment data on its own servers. If a paid plan is active in your region, manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID, Google account or RuStore account settings. Removing personal data from those stores is governed by the respective store operator's policies.
